Associate Product Manager

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development and management of its product portfolio. This role will assist in defining and executing product strategies, conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and supporting go-to-market plans. The Associate Product Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations to bring innovative solutions to market and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow in product management while gaining hands-on experience in the HVAC or Construction industry.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role or comparable Co-Op/Internship experience
  • Exposure to new product development processes is a plus.
  • HVAC-R background or familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial applications is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.
  • Comfortable engaging with technical and business audiences, including engineers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents such as mechanical, electrical, and architectural blueprints is a plus.
  • Experience/Comfort in managing several short term initiatives simultaneously while also holding responsibility for long term development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and execution of product and portfolio strategies.
  • Lead and assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to help define product features and value propositions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and operations, to support product development initiatives.
  • Help track industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact product strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of product literature, including sales materials, marketing content, training materials, and product documentation.
  • Assist in product pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  • Participate in customer and partner meetings to gather insights and support product planning efforts.
  • Act as a product advocate internally and externally, helping to communicate product value and differentiators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support product initiatives and business growth.

The estimated pay range for this role is $65,000-90,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
