The Role
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creation of Aeroseal’s marketing and communication materials, including sales support and brand assets. He/she will be looked to as a leader in graphic design at Aeroseal, with expertise in digital, print and experiential design. Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to help develop Junior Graphic Designers and Design Interns.
The following is the outline of key responsibilities for this role:
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations, advertisements, and infographics
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Skills and Requirements
- Proven work experience (8+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects, including digital and web work
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in design software (e.g., InDesign)
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
- Web development and HTML5 experience is a plus
