Jr. Recruiter

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for Jr. Recruiter that will assist us in our mission by supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist while also taking ownership of specific recruitment processes and job openings from start to finish. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across the organization, gaining valuable exposure to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing Top Talent: Identify and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, resume databases, and networking. Build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Screening Candidates: Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements. Present the best candidates to hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Specialist for further consideration.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and calendar alignment. Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and provide candidates with relevant details for a successful interview.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that all interactions, resumes, interview notes, and related documentation are properly recorded.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to refine recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Attending Recruitment Events: Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote the company’s brand and attract top talent.
  • Other: Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.

The estimated pay range for this role is $50,000-60,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
