Paid Digital Media Specialist

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Paid Digital Media Specialist that will assist us in our mission by managing and optimizing paid digital media campaigns across platforms, supporting Aeroseal's residential and commercial markets. This role will also contribute to our account-based marketing (ABM) strategy by leveraging digital tools to engage key audiences, drive leads, and amplify our brand presence.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a few years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, and data analysis who is eager to take ownership of impactful campaigns in a growing company. Bonus to have experience with retargeting and/or geofencing.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and Account-Based Marketing Programs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Channels may include retargeting or geofencing platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as lead generation, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify and target high-value accounts in residential and commercial markets.
  • Implement ABM tactics using tools like LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights to support personalized marketing efforts.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • A/B test campaigns to optimize performance.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align messaging with business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.

The estimated pay range for this role is $50,000-85,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
