Position: Commercial Project Manager

As a Commercial Project Manager at Aeroseal LLC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation of Aeroseal in commercial buildings. We are seeking a candidate with a robust understanding of commercial HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities:

Specific duties will include:

Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute all activities related to ductwork sealing in commercial buildings.
Review contracts, drawings, and develop project schedules, submittals, billing, and final reports.
Coordinate with customers to mobilize equipment, supplies, and all construction-related activities.
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Schedule site visits with foremen to review projects and proactively address potential issues.
Maintain a high level of product and application knowledge to address customer inquiries.
Develop long- and short-term plans, set milestones, and adhere to deadlines.
Delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions to drive project success.
Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Communicate project status and updates to executives and stakeholders.
Conduct quality control throughout project development and implement process improvements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Location:

This position is based onsite in Miamisburg, OH, with a 50% travel requirement to visit project sites.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or Energy Efficiency Project Management.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and ductwork components.
BPI or equivalent certification in building sciences or indoor air quality preferred.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC mechanical drawings and construction contracts.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Procore.
Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
