Marketing Automation Manager

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager that will assist us in our mission by overseeing all aspects of Aeroseal’s Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) platform, including strategy development, campaign execution, team leadership, and system optimization. This role combines strategic vision and hands-on expertise to ensure our marketing automation efforts generate measurable business results. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to design and implement effective marketing automation strategies that align with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM, including integrations and advanced functionality.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing marketing automation strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email and landing page customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the HVAC, energy efficiency, or construction industry is a plus.
  • Certification in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Can apply best practices for email marketing related to trade shows and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy to support lead generation, nurturing, and retention efforts for residential and commercial markets.
  • Align marketing automation initiatives with Aeroseal’s broader marketing, sales, and business objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across departments to ensure integration and alignment of marketing automation strategies.

Campaign Oversight and Execution

  • Oversee the creation and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows in Salesforce Account Enagement.
  • Manage audience segmentation to ensure precise targeting and personalized communications for different market segments.
  • Work closely with the content and product marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Team Management

  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in marketing automation and data management.
  • Data-Driven Optimization
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks for marketing automation efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Technology and System Management

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for MCAE, ensuring optimal integration with Salesforce CRM and other tools.
  • Maintain system hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

The estimated pay range for this role is $85,000-120,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
