Director of Operations, RNC

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Director of Operations, RNC that will assist us in our mission by driving operational excellence in all regional branches and project delivery teams across the country. This individual will provide leadership, structure, and strategic direction to ensure that business operations are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with Aeroseal growth and profitability objectives. Heavy focus will be placed on creating utilization & productivity metrics and driving efficiency through improved process and leveraging technology improvements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in construction or specialty contracting operations, with a proven ability to lead teams, implementing industrialized processes, manage complex logistics, manage subcontracting process, and drive performance across a geographically dispersed organization.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Senior operations leadership & hands on experience in the construction or specialty trades industry.
  • Proven experience overseeing multi-site operations and large field teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting & cost management.
  • Expertise in process improvement, operational scaling, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Oversight

  • Direct and manage daily operations across all branch locations.
  • Implement and improve standardized operational processes.
  • Establish & monitor KPIs, schedules, productivity, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage to operating profit goals and manage operational budgets.
  • Ensure high quality and workmanship.

Leadership & Organizational Management

  • Support regional leaders and branch managers in business planning.
  • Lead operations teams, motivate staff and promote a high-performance culture centered on accountability and results.
  • Handle workforce planning, recruiting, training, and succession planning.
  • Work closely with other Business Units to determine opportunity to leverage shared resources.
  • Establish and leverage subcontracting channels effectively.

Strategic & Financial Planning

  • Partner with leadership to define operational strategies and goals.
  • Manage budgets & financial performance.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving and margin-enhancing initiatives.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Handle compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Manage health and safety programs.
  • Manage customer and subcontractor agreements and drive standardization of these agreements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate across departments to align operations with business development and customer needs.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and support customer retention efforts.
  • Handle customer complaints and challenges in subcontracting process.

The estimated pay range for this role is $125,000-130,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
