What You'll Do
The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application software using best practices in software development. To ensure success as a Software Engineer, you should have extensive experience in build applications using C# and .NET frameworks, strong verbal, and communication skills, build scalable and functional applications that meet company goals.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Build and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and providing feedback to other team members.
- Debugging and fixing software defects.
- Participating in the software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Staying up to date with the latest technology, trends, and best practices in software development.
- Monitor and provide solutions to IT Support team.
Requires Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- 3+ years of programming experience in C# and .NET frameworks.
- Experience with C++, Linux systems and embedded systems programming is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Agile Process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
