Administrative/Sales Assistant
SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is looking for an Administrative/Sales Assistant that will assist us in our mission by providing essential administrative support to leadership and assist with sales-related activities to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver, capable of multitasking, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in administrative or sales support roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Familiarity with sales processes and tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Other Requirements
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX.
• Flexibility to adjust hours occasionally for deadlines or special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support
• Manage schedules, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and maintaining a professional workspace.
• Coordinate meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and recording minutes.
• Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
• Prepare and manage expense reports, invoices, and budgets.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Sales Support
• Assist with maintaining customer and sales data in CRM software.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate and track the sales team’s schedules and follow-up activities.
• Research potential clients and maintain prospect lists.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Provide support for client meetings, events, and other sales-related activities.
General Duties
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve office and sales processes.
• Handle phone calls and emails, providing exceptional service to clients and partners.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
The estimated pay range for this role is $20-31/hr. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location.
